Stephanie & Darryl’s wedding, Casa la Siesta, Vejer de la Frontera.

When Stephanie and Darryl told me they were to be married at Casa la Siesta, I was delighted as always to photograph their event at this fantastic venue (thank you Elske for organizing everything superbly!).

I was also lucky enough to welcome Stephanie & Darryl and their wedding party in my Villa just down the road, and it was a real pleasure getting to know them all so well over the two weeks they spent there, prior to and after the wedding itself.

It is so rare to have the opportunity to build such a connection with wedding couples, their friends, their families, and they were all such genuinely lovely people, it was really a fantastic experience. I really hope to see them again some day, so Stephanie and Darryl, if you’re ever back down this end of Spain, don’t hesitate to pop by, my door is always open!
